Responding Child Relocation Documents Prepared Washington State

If you do not respond to a party's documents that they have served on you to relocate the children, the party serving you will most likely be granted everything they have requested from the court.

You will need to respond to child relocation documents if you want to attempt to stop the relocation from going forward.
